It adopts a new fire suppression device and is equipped with a large-capacity extinguishant. It can quickly extinguish and suppress the Li-ion battery fires in the cabinet for long time; Equipped with a multi-functional composite sprinkler with patented technology, it integrates functions such as composite fire detection and efficient & precise release. With highly integrated expertise, it breaks the complex structure of traditional fire extinguishing systems, and uses the PACK as the smallest protected unit to achieve accurate detection and directed fire extinguishing. When a fire due to thermal runway occurs in the battery, the intelligent sprinkler can quickly detect the fire. When receiving the fire alarm signal, the fire alarm controller will activate the fire suppression device via the intelligent linkage to quickly release the extinguishant. Meanwhile, the release port of the multi-functional composite sprinkler of the PACK is opened, then the extinguishant is accurately sprayed into the PACK for fire extinguishing and continuous suppression.

1.High-efficiency and large-capacity extinguishant

The system adopts a new generation of Li-ion battery fire suppression device, assembles large-capacity extinguishant, and carries out professional optimization design, which can meet the internal installation space requirements of independent ESS cabinet. When a fire occurs, the device can quickly release extinguishant for fire extinguishing.

2.Integrated composite fire detection and precise release

The system is equipped with a multi-functional composite sprinkler with patented technology. When the sprinklers are installed only, it can realize the temperature detection, and composite fire detection such as CO, H2 and other multi-parameter; At the same time, the smart sprinkler is equipped with precise release function, which can open the release port of the sprinkler when the battery is in thermal runaway, and accurately release the extinguishant into the PACK .

Relying on highly integrated innovative technology, the system integrates composite detection, precise release and other functions into the sprinkler, breaking the complex structure of fire detection, distribution and orientation, and precise release in the traditional fire extinguishing systems, which requires the joint action of multiple devices. Therefore it can effectively reduce the use cost of the fire extinguishing system. 4.Scientific system maintenance

In traditional fire extinguishing systems, the detector often needs to be installed inside the PACK. When the fire detection equipment needs to be maintained, the PACK needs to be disassembled and reassembled, which is likely to affect the stability of the battery system in the PACK. Also, the construction cost and difficulty are relatively high. Guo Anda's innovative system integrates the detection function into the externally mounted sprinkler. During the maintenance, only the sprinkler outside the PACK needs to be maintained, and the PACK does not need to be disassembled and assembled again, which greatly reduces the impact on the operation stability of independent ESS cabinet.

5.Intelligent and visual control system

The system is equipped with an intelligent control module, which can accurately locate the PACK where the fire occurs, activate the linked fire suppression device, and open the release port of the sprinkler to quickly and accurately release the extinguishant into the PACK for accurate and efficient fire suppression. The control module has its own  self-inspection function, which can visually monitor the operation status of the fire extinguishing system and effectively ensure its stable operation.
