Description
Introduction:
This device is specifically engineered for high-temperature, fire-prone areas such as ship and vehicle engine compartments, battery compartments, and retarders. It is fixedly installed in these locations, designed to withstand harsh working environments, and offers a certain level of shock resistance.
The device comprises components including a drive medium, extinguishing agent, extinguishing agent storage tank, fixed-pressure release valve, multi-nozzle extinguishing agent delivery pipeline, fire suppression activation components (non-electric self-starting mechanism and quick-connect electrically triggered device), manual activation switch, activation feedback system, and mounting brackets. In the event of a fire, the device automatically detects and initiates fire suppression.
It is equipped with a non-electric self-starting mechanism, a quick-connect electrically triggered device (with a manual switch for forced activation), and an optional activation feedback system, providing multiple activation methods for robust protection and timely feedback upon activation.
When integrated with an early fire detection and alarm system, the device enables early fire warnings and automatically initiates fire suppression at the onset of a fire in the protected area. The device utilizes solid-state nitrogen drive output and pressure-free storage. Upon activation, it instantly pressurizes internally, with the valve opening at a set pressure.
Employing a multi-nozzle pipeline delivery system, the extinguishing agent is sprayed for an extended effective duration, rapidly and evenly dispersed across the protected space without blind spots. This creates an immediate flooding effect, providing comprehensive protection to the safeguarded area and effectively preventing secondary fires. It also avoids the risk of secondary fires due to the inability of multiple fire suppression devices to activate simultaneously.
